Privacy Notice

Effective October 21, 2026.

What this site collects

The gallery has no accounts, online checkout, advertising pixels, analytics or cookies. Your cart and favorites are stored only in your browser (localStorage) as artwork numbers and are not sent to us. Our hosting provider (currently Firebase Hosting by Google LLC) keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) to operate and protect the site.

When you contact the artist

An inquiry is a draft message that you send yourself by email or messenger. We use your name, contact details and message only to reply, agree on a purchase or commission, ship the artwork and handle returns. Please do not send card details or ID documents.

Who processes your data

Email is handled by the artist's mail provider (Gmail, Google LLC); payments by the payment provider; shipping data by the chosen carrier, in the amount needed to deliver your order. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

How long we keep it

Correspondence that does not lead to a purchase is kept for up to 1 year after the last message. Order and payment records are kept for 3 years and as required by tax law.

Do Not Track and children

Because the site does not track visitors across websites or over time, it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control; there is no tracking to switch off. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

California and other U.S. states

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use it for profiling. Regardless of whether a state privacy law applies to a small seller, you may ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Your choices

You may ask what data we hold, correct it, or request deletion by emailing annaperepelkina.ru@gmail.com. We respond within 10 business days. The operator is registered with the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor); the Russian privacy policy is the governing version.

Changes to this notice

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. If we add analytics, online checkout or forms that send data to a server, this notice will be updated before they go live.
