Terms of Sale for International Buyers

Effective October 21, 2026.

1. Who sells

Original artworks on this site are created and sold by the artist Anna Perepelkina, a self-employed individual in the Russian Federation. The site is a gallery: it does not take payments or place orders automatically.

2. How to buy

Send an inquiry from the artwork page, the cart, by email or by WhatsApp / Telegram message. All terms are agreed in writing. The artist confirms in writing the availability, the final price, the shipping method and cost to your country, the estimated delivery time and the accepted payment method. A sale is concluded only when you accept this written confirmation and pay.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in Russian rubles (RUB). Any conversion to your currency is made by your bank or payment provider. Cards issued outside Russia often cannot be processed by Russian payment services, so the available payment method for your country is confirmed in writing before you pay. You never pay before receiving this confirmation.

4. International shipping

Shipping outside Russia is arranged case by case. Before payment you receive the carrier, cost, insurance option and the date by which the artwork will be shipped. If no shipping date is stated, the artwork ships within 30 days of payment. Import duties, taxes and customs fees of the destination country are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise. If a confirmed shipping date cannot be met, you will be notified before that date and may agree to a new date or cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered work, issued within 7 business days. You are responsible for complying with the import rules of your country; original paintings are generally duty-free in the United States, but carrier and customs processing fees may apply.

5. Commissions

New works inspired by the collection start at 24,000 RUB with production from one month. Design, size, colors, price, deposit (no more than 50%), timeline and shipping are agreed in writing before work begins. You may cancel before completion by paying for the materials and work already done; the rest of the deposit is refunded.

6. Returns and damage

A finished original may be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is in its original condition with the certificate of authenticity; return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the purchase price is refunded within 10 days of receiving your request. Commissioned works made to your specifications cannot be returned unless defective. If an artwork arrives damaged, photograph the package and the work and email the artist within 48 hours. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the mandatory law of your country.

7. Certificate and copyright

Each original comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. You own the physical artwork; copyright remains with the artist. You may display and photograph the work for personal use but may not reproduce it commercially without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
