What stays with us

Memory rarely returns an entire home. More often it brings back an object, a familiar silhouette or a detail recognized years later. Roots gathers such signs together. At first the black field almost conceals them; then your eye finds them one by one, finally discovering a golden cockerel. It invites a closer look and memories of the people who made ordinary things precious.

In your space

Hang at eye level where you can approach it closely: a study, hallway or intimate living room. Soft light from the side reveals the black sculptural details.
